Francine Jordi had her first stage appearance when she was 10 years old. She usually sang in tourist events in Spycher in Interlaken. With her sister Nicole, she sang in the band “Gospel Four”. At the conservatory in Neuchâtel she studied Voice and Piano. In 1998, she took the title The Fire of Longing for Switzerland and won at the Grand Prix of Folk Music 1998. On her 2004 release CD she sings a duet with the singer Florian Ast dialect called “tear”. Chico and the Gipsys
CHICO COUCHICKHI has separated itself from the Gipsy Kings a few years ago. What sounds perfectly on paper, means far more to him. Finally, the band has been his family … and it is today.
