As a child, Jann Billeter, who was born in Davos, had a big dream: he wanted to become a professional hockey player. But things turned out differently. Due to an illness, he had to reorient himself and so he became a sports commentator. In 1997 he started at Swiss television SRF, where he became the presenter of "Sport aktuell". He commented on tennis broadcasts from 1998 to 2004 and ice hockey since 2004. Since 2000 he has repeatedly worked for Swiss radio and television as a presenter and commentator at the Olympic Games. In 2006 he was accepted into the team of presenters of the “Sport Panorama” and since April 2007 he has been presenting “Einstein”, a program outside of the sports department.
