The singer with the soft voice simply calls himself “Seal”. Since his mega hit "Kiss From A Rose" he has landed one catchy tune after the other. Sometimes cheerful and lively, sometimes melancholic and longing, he tries to convey his message of humanity and understanding for our fellow human beings to the inclined listener.

With the English funk band Push, Seal traveled to Asia and stayed there for some time. After his return to London he worked as a studio singer in 1990 and recorded the song Killer together with the musician and producer Adamski. The single became a number 1 hit in the UK and was also successful internationally. And although he wasn't named on the cover, only in the credits, it was the catalyst for his successful solo career. In 1990 his new single Crazy was released, which made it to number one in Switzerland and stayed in the charts for a total of 23 weeks.
