The Blue Man Group is a group of actors and musicians who appear as three mute people painted blue with an accompanying musical group. Shows include music, circus clowning and performance, often involving the audience.

The Blue Man Group emerged from a group of young performance artists who painted themselves blue in a 1987 campaign to bury the decade in a performance in New York City's Central Park. Three of the group, two drummers and a software engineer, formed the Blue Man Group a year later in 1988. The creators of the shows say their goal is to connect the viewers, who are so unrelated at the beginning of the show, so that they become one.

The Blue Man Group can only be booked for private events.
