The history of the Gipsy Kings begins in the late 70's when brothers Nicolas and Andre Reyes - the sons of the famous flamenco musician José Reyes - join forces with their cousins Jacques, Maurice and Tonino Baliardo. At the end of the 80s, the eight French musicians stormed the beach cafés, bars and open-air discos around the Mediterranean with summer hits like “Djobi Djoba” and above all “Bamboleo”. The catchy tunes brought to their home countries by Central European tourists quickly start their conquest of the sales charts in the cooler latitudes. After that, the Gipsy Kings exceed all expectations. They have received gold and platinum awards in more than 15 countries and have been touring around the world ever since.

The Gipsy Kings can only be booked for private events.
