The German comedian, singer and actor Otto Waalkes is considered one of the most popular representatives of German-speaking television and cinema humor. The tireless goofy bard was also successful as an author of comics, whose characters he also likes to lend his voice to in films. The creator of the "Ottifanten" was awarded numerous platinum records for his cheerful art. His talent as a musician was nurtured from the age of twelve when he got his first guitar and has played it incessantly ever since. The result of his early musical activity was the founding of his first band.

After graduating from high school in 1968, Waalkes went to the Hamburg Academy of Fine Arts and earned his living by appearing in clubs. However, the audience here did not rave about his songs, but about his funny remarks and entertaining sayings. So it happened that Waalkes soon changed the program and it was no longer the music but his wit that came to the fore.

Otto Waalkes can only be booked for private events.
