Founded in 1968 around guitarist Mick Box and keyboardist Ken Hensley, Uriah Heep are among the
most popular oldie rock bands. For more than 30 years they have been traveling with new and, above all, old hits
tirelessly around the world.

With "Easy Livin'" and "Sweet Lorraine" they already had two remarkable single hits in 1972, but quite surprisingly they did not celebrate their greatest success until 1978 with a release from their six-year-old second album "Salisbury." The ballad "Lady In Black" is still one of the most played titles in the world
various radio stations.
